A MOVING STUDY

A taste of lime. A curl of smoke. The night goes on.

A brightly lit diner on a dark street, with three customers and a server at its curved counter.

BEHIND THE SCENE

Keeping the night quiet.

Three stories unfold at the counter: she lifts a lime to her lips, he takes a drag from his cigarette, and the server stands up from his lean. Outside, the street stays still.

Each action was animated separately, with its own return and rhythm. You can change each person’s speed to set the pace of the evening. The original painted room holds everything together.

A deep frame surrounds the scene. Drag it to catch the light along its edges, or hide the outer frame and keep the recess.
